Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 246(RES)(title am), thus adopting SCS CSHB 246(RES) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. 2003-05-21 House Journal Page 2094 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 246(RES)(title am)?"
